1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Pitiusa Electronica
("we", "us") collects when you visit pitiusaelectronica.com, why, and what
rights you have. We take data protection seriously and only process
personal data on the legal bases described below, in line with the EU
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As a private individual running a small, non-commercial project, we have
not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer, as one is not required at
this scale under Art. 37 GDPR / § 38 BDSG.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur,
Germany. IONOS processes technical data (such as your IP address, browser
type, referring page, date and time of access) automatically in server log
files whenever you visit this site, in order to operate and secure the
website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a functioning,
secure website). This data is not merged with other data sources. Details
are available in IONOS's own privacy policy at
https://www.ionos.de/terms-gtc/terms-privacy .
4. Cookies and consent
Some elements of this site (see "Embedded third-party content" below) can
set cookies or load content from external servers once you interact with
them. Where legally required — for example for embeds that place cookies
before you actively press play or expand a map — this site uses a consent
banner so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are
set, in line with § 25 TTDSG and the GDPR. You can change your consent
choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to remember that you submitted the
contact form) are set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and do not require
consent.

5. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the name, email address,
subject and message you provide in order to answer your enquiry (Art.
6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual/contractual communication, or Art. 6(1)(f)
GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, where no
contract is intended). Submissions are emailed directly to
pitiusaelectronica@gmail.com (a Google Gmail mailbox — see the note on
Google in section 7) and are not stored in a separate database on the
server beyond the short-lived technical record needed to display a
success/error message to you. We delete emails once your enquiry is
resolved, unless we are legally required to keep them for longer.
6. Google My Maps / Google Maps embeds
Category pages on this site (Restaurants, Sights, Beaches, etc.) may embed
an interactive map from Google Maps / Google My Maps. When a map is
loaded, your browser connects directly to Google servers, and Google may
process your IP address and other usage data, including outside the EU/EEA
in the United States. This happens on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our
legitimate interest in offering an easy-to-use, visual guide to places on
the island) or, where a consent banner is active, on the basis of your
consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For details, see Google's privacy policy:

7. YouTube embeds
We may embed YouTube videos (including our own channel, @pitiusaelectronics)
using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits
cookie use until you press play. Once you interact with an embedded video,
your browser connects to Google/YouTube servers (Google Ireland Limited,
with data processing that may extend to the United States), and Google may
set cookies and process your IP address and viewing behaviour. This is
based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via the cookie banner, or our
legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing video content. See

8. Spotify embeds
Playlist and track pages embed the Spotify player directly from
open.spotify.com. When a Spotify embed loads, your browser connects to
Spotify AB (Sweden) / Spotify USA Inc. servers, and Spotify may process
your IP address and set cookies, including to operate the player and, if
you are logged into Spotify, to personalise playback. This is based on
your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via the cookie banner, or our legitimate
interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in sharing curated music. See Spotify's

9. Instagram and TikTok embeds
Where we embed individual Instagram or TikTok posts (using each platform's
official embed feature), your browser loads content directly from
Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., with processing that may extend to
Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States) or TikTok (TikTok Technology
Limited, Ireland, with processing that may extend to TikTok Inc. / ByteDance
group companies). These providers may set cookies and process your IP
address and browsing behaviour for their own purposes, independent of this
site. This is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via the cookie
banner, or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in showcasing our

Links to our own profiles (@pitiusaelectronics on Instagram, TikTok and
YouTube) that you actively click on take you to those platforms directly;
visiting them is then governed entirely by that platform's own privacy
policy.
10. Clubtickets.com affiliate links
Ticket links on event pages that are marked "Advertisement" / "Werbung"
are affiliate links to Clubtickets.com. Clicking such a link takes you to
Clubtickets.com, which may set its own tracking cookie to record that the
referral came from this site, so that we may receive a commission on a
resulting purchase. We do not receive any personal data about you from
Clubtickets.com as part of this process beyond aggregate conversion
statistics. Once you are on Clubtickets.com, their own privacy policy
applies.
11. Web analytics
This site does not currently use any visitor analytics or tracking tool
(no Google Analytics, Matomo, Meta Pixel, etc.). If that changes in the
future, this section will be updated to name the tool, the data
processed, the legal basis, and your opt-out options before it is
activated.
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
– request access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
– request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
– request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17),
– request restriction of processing (Art. 18),
– receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20), and
– object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent
at any time, with effect for the future.
