About this website
Pitiusa Electronica (pitiusaelectronica.com) is a private, non-commercial project run
by an individual, providing independent travel information about Ibiza (guides,
events, playlists and FAQs). It is not operated as a registered business
(Gewerbe). Any revenue from affiliate links (see below) is intended only to
offset the cost of running this website and does not constitute commercial
income beyond that purpose.
Affiliate disclosure
This website participates in the Clubtickets.com affiliate programme. Where
an event ticket link is marked "Advertisement" / "Werbung", Pitiusa
Electronica may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through that
link, at no extra cost to you. Only ticket links are affiliate links; guide
and FAQ content is independent editorial content and is never paid for by a
third party.
EU Consumer Dispute Resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution ("OS") platform was
discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. As a private
individual, Pitiusa Electronica is not obliged to participate in dispute
resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucher-
schlichtungsstelle) and does not currently do so.
Liability for content
As a private operator, we make every effort to keep the guides, event
listings and FAQs on this site accurate and up to date. However, opening
hours, prices, addresses and event details can change at short notice —
please verify important details (especially event dates and ticket
availability) directly with the venue or organiser before you travel.
Under §§ 7–10 DDG, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in
accordance with general law, but are not obliged to monitor transmitted or
stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that
indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of
information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect
is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement
becomes known. Upon becoming aware of any such infringements, we will
remove the relevant content immediately.
Liability for links
This website contains links to external third-party websites (including
Google Maps / My Maps, YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok and
Clubtickets.com) over whose content we have no control. We therefore
cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective
provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its
content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at
the time of linking; no illegal content was identifiable at that time. A
permanent review of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete
evidence of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringements,
